- Checking documentation regarding potential clients in all external agreements with banks, insurance companies and other relevantentities.
- Coordinating with designated personnel of the represented party in orderto submit the services required.
- Reviewing files subject to recovery to evaluate represented party’s status regarding its strength in recovery, from a legal point of view.
- Issuing and responding to legal notices, and reviewing letters, memos and correspondence written by or addressed to the represented party.
- Negotiating with prospective international clients wishing to enter into any businessrelationship with the represented party.
